A.F. Johnson Millwork offers a full range of services to meet the needs of any demanding commercial millwork project.  We are a Quality Certified member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute.

Our Services Include:

CONSULTATION
 Meet with the owner, architect, or contractor, as documents are developed.  Provide recommendations on construction, feasibility, availability of materials and time requirements.

DESIGN
 Assist in your design matters and color selections as they pertain to your needs.  Provide renderings of your work in color with our state of the art computer graphic systems.

COST ESTIMATES
 Prepare estimated project budget costs as drawings are developed, updating as required by owner, architect or contractor.

PROGRESS SCHEDULE
 Determine and provide completion and delivery schedule noting all critical items; with continuous monitoring and updating as work progresses.

SUBMITTALS
 Establish and maintain a system to review and submit shop drawings and samples for architectural approval, expediting long-term items.

FINISH
 Will be provided as required by the client.

INSTALLATION
 Provide installation as project requires.

WARRANTY
 All work is warranted to AWI specifications for one year.
